Walcon Media is led by Wallis Alviar, an award-winning producer, scriptwriter and editor who has spent nearly two decades helping organizations turn complex ideas, expertise and projects into clear, compelling video stories.

Before founding Walcon Media in 2007, Wallis Alviar worked in broadcast journalism with NBC and CBS affiliates and trained at Stanford’s Mass Media Institute. That background taught her how to enter unfamiliar subjects, ask the right questions and find the human story inside complex information.
Since then, she has brought that editorial discipline to work across higher education, healthcare, engineering, infrastructure and nonprofit organizations—often collaborating with experts whose work matters but is not always easy to explain.
The goal is never simply to make a video. It is to understand what needs to be communicated and find the clearest, most compelling way to communicate it.
Clients work directly with Wallis throughout every stage of production, creating continuity from the first conversation through final delivery.
When a project requires additional expertise, Walcon Media brings together trusted cinematographers, animators, designers, writers and other specialists selected for the particular assignment. The team expands around the needs of the work while communication remains direct and uncomplicated.
